Lithium batteries have no memory effect. It is recommended to fully charge new batteries before use. The effect will be better if they are cycled several times.

The battery pack can be charged when there is about 10% of power left to avoid deep discharge and damage to the battery life.

Avoid storing the battery under voltage after each meal. Please recharge it in time.

When the battery pack is stored for a long time without use, the power cord connected to the device should be unplugged first, and then the single string voltage should be charged to about 3.8V for storage. The voltage of new batteries should be checked every 3-6 months. When the voltage is lower than 3V per string, recharge it in time before storage.

For correct charging, first connect the charger to the battery pack, then connect the charger power plug to the 220V AC power supply, and charge the charger with the parameters recommended by the manufacturer.

The battery pack should be waterproof, moisture-proof and shock-proof.

The battery pack must not be impacted, squeezed or disassembled privately.

The battery pack must be fully charged for long-distance transportation.

The factory can design the battery cell process according to customer requirements and arrange proofing. After the sample is tested and qualified, it can be mass-produced according to the sample.
2. About the shelf life
The shelf life of the battery is two years from the date of shipment. If it is proved that the defect of the battery is formed during the manufacturing process rather than due to user abuse and misuse, the company is responsible for returning and replacing the battery.

When customers need specific batteries and the parameters are vague, it is recommended to communicate with technical consultation. The technical side will formulate a corresponding plan based on the customer's information. For conventional general batteries, you can directly consult sales, inquire and arrange samples or bulk orders.
5. About after-sales
We will provide complete after-sales service, including 15-day returns and genuine guarantee.
6. About delivery
Inventory batteries are generally shipped in 3 to 5 days, and large orders are generally completed in 15 to 20 days.
